  • Responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing totaling over $500,000 for 100+ employees across 25+ states

  • Completed remote state registration & account set ups, working with tax services to ensure regular reporting and payments are processed, and collaborating with brokers to obtain various business insurances, PFL, and Disability insurances.

  • Handled on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, including new hire documentation processing and termination processing, and general people changes.

  • Participated in handbook updates to remain compliant with state and federal laws and regulations as well as working with managers to create and update S.O.P.s for administrative and managerial tasks.

  • Part of a 3 person team that oversaw change management after acquisition of JobProgress LLC, focusing on HRIS and payroll integration, new hire documentation, and staff reorganization.
